How do you clean these rugs? Can they be washed in washing machine?

This is a wood product and should not be cleaned in a washing machine. Depending upon what is on the rug, it can be cleaned with a mild soap solution or just a damp cloth. In either case, the rug should be dried thoroughly after cleaning.
