I've gone through a ton of cutting boards and now I have found one that is here to stay! The bamboo has a rich color that doesn't come through on the picture but it looks beautiful on my counter. Plus it is easy to wash with just a rinse of soap and water and food doesn't stick to it like it did on my plastic one. Bamboo is the way to go!
