GIFT WRAPPING

Most of our products can be gift wrapped in our eco-friendly wrapping for an additional $5 charge per item. Large items cannot be gift wrapped.

At Bambeco, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Every order is shipped carbon-free and all of our shipping materials, including boxes and packaging made in the USA from 100% recycled material. We work to ship every item in the minimum amount of packaging possible that still ensures its safe delivery.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories uses calculated rates for Standard Delivery. Allow 3 - 7 business days for Standard Delivery and 3 business days to remote areas for FedEx 2Day. Shipping for larger items is quoted upon request; please call 866.535.4144 to place your order.

DELIVERY

Every product we deliver is shipped carbon-free from our door to yours. We review each order individually, considering the destination, weight and size of items. By using carbon-free shipping we're able to offset unavoidable emissions, support renewable energy, and achieve our goal of a minimal impact in shipping. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded at checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.

DELIVERY OF PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTS THAT SHIP FROM THE MANUFACTURER

Personalized product, as well as products that ship from the manufacturer do not qualify for overnight shipping.
If expedited shipping is required, additional shipping fees will incur.

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

We strive to provide an exceptional experience for larger items requiring  White Glove Delivery purchase.
White Glove Deliveries are made 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, throughout the year. Your delivery will be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to arrival to ensure someone is home to receive delivery.


Upon arrival you will be given time to inspect your items. We strongly recommend you look over all of your items before signing the freight bill, as no damage claims can be made if you do not inspect your items at delivery.


Your scheduled delivery will be made by two professionally trained delivery specialists. Our delivery specialists will clean and sanitize their hands before moving your items and take extra care to keep your home clean and orderly. Specialists will unwrap all of your items and dispose of the materials. Items will be covered in protective blankets and moved into your home and specialists will place the items in the location of your choosing.


PLEASE NOTE: Delivery specialists cannot move any other furniture items in your home and cannot dispose of old furniture items or mattresses upon delivery. You should have the desired location where you'd like your delivery placed prepared for the arrival of the delivery specialists.


Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority so if you're not pleased with a purchase we will take it back, no questions asked, within 30 days. Any purchase returned within 30 days will receive a full refund. After 30 days, refunds will only be issued in store credit. Refunds and store credit will be issued for the value of the items purchased including taxes, but shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please ship your package to:
