FAQ

Ask a Question
Q: I have the acacia bowl and love it. How do these plates stand up to normal everyday use? Would these plates stand up to using a knife to cut the food?

Acacia is very durable and considered a hard wood. However, if you scratch on it hard with a serrated knife, it will most likely scratch. To keep it pristine, avoid serrated knives. Here are some more specific tips on caring for your beautiful acacia wood products: 1. Wash acacia wood tableware in warm, soapy water immediately after use. Rinse and dry with soft cloth by hand. 2. Polish acacia wood tableware occasionally with a nontoxic mineral oil to keep the appearance nice. 3. Store acacia wood tableware in a cool, dry location when it is not in use.
